What happened

Police busting a cheating racket detained 164 people including 159 candidates during the excise constable exam; question papers in printed and digital form were recovered but did not exactly match the actual exam. Candidates had allegedly paid Rs 10-15 lakh each to an inter-state gang; a later chargesheet named scores of accused.
