What happened

A coaching-institute owner was arrested for selling a fake question paper (taking Rs 4 lakh advance) and a government clerk for appearing as a dummy candidate; the paper sold was found to be fake, not a genuine leak of the official paper. Exam concluded and was not cancelled. Over 5,300 posts; ~15.62 lakh registered.
