Physics and chemistry papers leaked in New Delhi 10-14 hours before the 11 Apr 2004 exam and matched the originals; CBSE cancelled the test nationally, the HRD Minister ordered a CBI probe, 2 were arrested and 13 candidates detained. Day known.
